Frequently asked questions
Do customers need an account?
No. They open the album link, enter a password if required, then select photos and leave comments.
Are photos uploaded again?
No. Original files remain in the studio’s Google Drive folder. Chốt Ảnh uses the shared folder to create the proofing experience.
Can I add more photos later?
Yes. Sync the same Drive folder to add or update photos without losing existing selections and comments.
Can customers download original photos?
The album owner controls original downloads and can enable or disable them per album.
